Nationally acclaimed conductor Brayer Teague currently serves as the Fine Arts Department Chairperson at North High School, in Downers Grove, IL and is the President-Elect of the Illinois Music Education Association. He has been recognized five times by the Marquis “Who’s Who in American Teaching” and in 2001 was named a Golden Apple Scholar finalist. In 2008, Mr. Teague received the Chicagoland Outstanding Music Educator Award, and in 2010 he earned distinction as a National Board Certified Teacher. He was named one of the ten national finalists for the 2015 GRAMMY Music Educator Award.
In addition to a bi-annual music and cultural exchange program he coordinates with a musikschule in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, Mr. Teague has led student music tours to Ireland, England, Italy, France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Canada, and a host of cities in the United States.

Sergeant Kyle Kemps is currently the principal clarinetist at Marine Band San Diego. He joined the band in March 2014 after completing Basic Training, Marine Combat Training, and the Naval School of Music "A” School, where he was the class honor graduate. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, Sgt. Kemps graduated from Carmel High School in 2007 and from Ball State University in 2011, where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance. Kyle has played in countless ensembles from high school until now including the Indianapolis Youth Wind Ensemble, New World Youth Symphony Orchestra, Carmel High School Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, and Jazz Band, Indiana All State Band, Ball State University Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, and the Indiana Intercollegiate Band.
As a member of the Marine Band in San Diego, he performs in the Concert Band, Ceremonial Band, Big Band, and Brass Band. Notable teachers include Zoe Manning, Eddie Daniels, Dr. Caroline Hartig, Dr. Elizabeth Crawford, Dr. George Wolfe, and Dr. Maurita Mead. Sgt Kemps has performed in various ensembles all around the United States of America as well as innumerable places in the world. This includes London, England, St. Petersburg, Russia, Todi, Italy, and most recently, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
Kyle won the Kokomo Park Band High School Competition in 2006 and played Artie Shaw's "Concerto for Clarinet" with the band that summer. He continued playing in Kokomo Park Band's summer and winter concert series from 2006 until he joined the Marine Corps in May 2013. Sgt Kemps currently resides in San Diego, California with his wife, Nylah, and his two children, Ryan and Mya.
