In accordance with state Covid-19 guidelines, an event plan was submitted to and approved by the Howard County Board of Health.    This included encouraging face coverings and maintaining appropriate social distancing.  Benches were spaced 6 feet apart and lawn chairs were allowed outside the “benched” area with signage regarding distancing.  Hand sanitizer and masks were made available.
